Pole Fitness is all about conditioning your body—whether you are trying to get a particular move on the pole, or if you just want a great workout, this class is for anybody! Ashley will provide you with at least 3 different modifications, depending on your fitness or energy level, and you will be pushed all throughout class to challenge yourself. You’ll be surprised how many ways you can workout with the pole!
