In this intensive you will learn many of the same exercises gymnasts, handbalancers, and acrobats use to build their incredible strength, mobility, and body control; Discover different ways to enter handstands and how to bail safely thereby increasing your confidence while inverted. We'll start with a brief warm up, move on to a thorough core strengthening & flexibility session, next we'll cover hand & wrist exercises. After that we'll work on a few preliminary inversions and subsequently get upside down to business! You'll learn a variety of handstand drills designed to accelerate your progress including using the wall, working with a spotter, and freestanding handstands.
