Chakras are our gateway to our greatest health and vitality. Often when our emotions are out of balance, these centers become blocked which can manifest illness in the body. Knowing which centers are which, and how to balance them is critical. In this hands-on workshop, you will learn the basics of the chakra system, which oils can support each chakra, and how you can balance them yourself for sustained well-being and vitality.
